Middle School

The term ‘Middle Years’ describes a stage of schooling where young people experience significant developmental changes as they transition from childhood to young adulthood. Bacchus Marsh Grammar’s Middle Years program directly responds to the specific needs of young adolescents, with a focus upon academic rigour, character education and the advancement of all students’ personal interests.

The Bacchus Marsh Grammar program builds resourceful and aspirational learners that are committed to personal improvement and the achievement of long-term goals.

The Middle School curriculum caters to the needs of young learners in a supportive, structured and calm learning environment. Students develop character through explicit teaching of our School core values. They improve knowledge and advance skills that ensure a mindset for successful transition into Senior School.
