Our scholarship program recognises and supports students who demonstrate academic excellence and the potential to make a positive contribution to the school community.

Scholarships 2028
Year 7 Academic Scholarships (Commencing 2028)
Van den Hende Family Scholarship – 1 Scholarship Available
- 100% tuition fees covered for six years
- Available exclusively to current Grade 6 Bacchus Marsh Grammar students in 2027
John Leaver Academic Scholarships – 3 Scholarships Available
- 100% tuition fees covered for six years
- Open to current Bacchus Marsh Grammar students and external Year 6 students in 2027
Partial Scholarships
Awarded at the Principal’s discretion
- Tuition fee reductions of 25% or 50%
Year 9 Academic Scholarships (Commencing 2028)
Van den Hende Family Scholarships – 2 Scholarships Available
- 100% tuition fees covered
- One scholarship for a current Bacchus Marsh Grammar Year 8 student in 2027
- One scholarship for an external Year 8 student in 2027
Peng Hong Wong Scholarship – 1 Scholarship Available
- 100% tuition fees covered for four years
- Available exclusively to current or enrolled Year 9 students at the Woodlea Campus in 2028
Partial Scholarships
Awarded at the Principal’s discretion
- Tuition fee reductions of 25% or 50%
Scholarship Testing
Scholarship testing for Year 7 and Year 9 Scholarships (2028 entry) will be held:

Selection Process
Shortlisted applicants will be invited to:
- Attend an interview with the Principal
- Complete a Personal Profile prior to the interview
Applicants who are not successful will be notified by mail.
Scholarship Conditions
Scholarship recipients are expected to remain enrolled at Bacchus Marsh Grammar through to the completion of Year 12.
Direct Application Scholarships
The following Scholarships are via direct Application to the Principal’s Office and are not required to register via Edutest.
2028 Callow and Norman Access Scholarships – by direct Application to the Principal’s Office
- Open for current and new students Year 7 to Year 12 2028
- The Callow and Norman Access Scholarships are available to enable students who would otherwise not attend Bacchus Marsh Grammar the opportunity to attend on a Full Scholarship. The Callow and Norman Scholarship will cover 100% tuition fees, a once off uniform allowance, booklist allowance and transport allowance (for the school’s private bus network if applicable). Parents or students must be in receipt of a current Health Care Card to qualify for an Access Scholarship and provide a copy of the relevant card.

2028 Indigenous Scholarship – by direct Application to the Principal’s Office
- Open for current and new students Year 7 to Year 12 2028
- To apply for an Indigenous Scholarship the following is required:
- A copy of the applicant’s Confirmation of Aboriginality document
- The Indigenous Scholarship will cover 100% tuition fees, a once off uniform allowance, booklist allowance and transport allowance (for the school’s private bus network if applicable).
