Private Bus Services
Bacchus Marsh Grammar– in conjunction with Christian’s Bus Company, Nuline Charter and Hollands operate extensive private bus services across the outer western part of Melbourne. This network includes Werribee, Hoppers Crossing, Point Cook, Caroline Springs, Watergardens, Burnside, Taylors Hill, Sunbury/Gisborne and Eynesbury.
2021 Private Bus Timetables
Note: Students will be issued their Student Identification cards during the first week of Term 1. This is also the bus pass for your child which is used as part of the ‘touch on and off’ for the bus tracking system.
Code of Conduct (Private Bus Travellers)
All students who catch a private bus need to abide by the rules and requirements detailed in the Student Bus Travel Code of Conduct for private bus travellers.
Maddingley Campus – This service is available Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays, leaving at 4.30pm and servicing Melton, Caroline Springs, Werribee and Wyndham Vale. This service is available only for students involved in School Production or after-school classes / activities from Year 4 up to VCE. The service for 2021 will commence from 15 February.
Woodlea Campus – This service is available only on Mondays and Thursdays leaving at 4.30pm and servicing Caroline Springs, Williams Landing and Werribee. It is available for students in Years 4 to Year 8 involved in School Production or after-school classes / activities. The service for 2021 will commence from 22 February.
Public Bus Services
Public bus services operate across the outer western part of Melbourne and surrounding rural areas including Melton, Toolern Vale, Long Forest, Hopetoun Park, Exford, Eynesbury, Blackwood, Ballan, Merrimu, Glenmore and Balliang.

Permission to Travel
Public Transport Victoria requires all students who use a country public bus service to complete a ‘Permission to Travel’ application form. This must be submitted to the School before commencement of travel on the bus.
