Winner of The Age’s 2025 Schools that Excel Award

Bacchus Marsh Grammar Wins
The Age’s 2025 Schools that Excel Award

The Age’s Schools That Excel Series is an annual project that highlights Victorian schools showing outstanding improvement in VCE results over the past decade. Drawing on 10 years of data which includes median study scores, the percentage of high achievers, completion rates and student pathways, it provides a deeper picture of long-term performance, rather than just one year’s results. The series spans government, independent and Catholic schools, and recognises consistent leadership, teaching quality, student engagement and strategic improvement.

The School is delighted to share that The Age has awarded Bacchus Marsh Grammar as its Schools that Excel 2025 Winner for Rural/Regional schools.

This award reflects the years of dedication, a clear vision and years of hard work that have gone into continually improving our results and strengthening our school through the broader opportunities we create for our students. It highlights the commitment of the staff in providing a learning environment that is both aspirational and supportive.

We simply could not have achieved this without such a dedicated team of talented and passionate staff.
