NAPLAN 2025: Continued Academic Growth

NAPLAN 2025

We are proud to share the outstanding NAPLAN 2025 results from Bacchus Marsh Grammar’s whole school, across both the Maddingley and Woodlea campuses.

Students in Years 3, 5, 7, and 9 performed significantly above their national and state counterparts. Our Year 3 and Year 9 students achieved their highest results to date, performing well above state averages in all areas. In addition, students across all tested year levels recorded their highest-ever percentages of students achieving at the Exceeding level.

These exceptional outcomes highlight the strong academic standards at Bacchus Marsh Grammar and are a testament to the power of explicit teaching and learning in our classrooms, the dedication of our staff, and the commitment of our ambitious, disciplined, and highly engaged students.

Character and Virtues Behind the Results

Our outstanding 2025 NAPLAN results are a reflection not only of academic achievement, but of the strength of character nurtured at Bacchus Marsh Grammar.

Success across both campuses highlights key Intellectual Virtues, Knowledge and Wisdom, as students applied their learning with focus and discernment. These results also showcase the Performance Virtues of Ambition and Discipline, with students setting clear goals and working persistently to achieve them.

Through our Character Education framework, students grow as capable, ethical, and reflective learners. Their achievements are a testament to the integration of academic rigour with values that support lifelong flourishing.
