Longest Lunch at St Anne’s Winery

On Friday 24 March, Year 12 Hospitality students provided food service at a local fundraising luncheon set at the picturesque St Anne’s Winery.

The students served over 120 guests who enjoyed a range of delicious dishes including Pan Fried Barramundi, Free Range Chicken Breast, in what was one of their first major functions since the pandemic disruptions.

The day provided students with a wonderful opportunity to practice and showcase their hospitality skills, whilst also allowing them to get industry experience working with the Chef to plate and prepare dishes and talk to patrons in a real-world setting.

Thank you to the St Anne’s team for supporting our students on the day.
