Position

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Japanese Teacher to join the team at our Woodlea Campus. This is a full time, ongoing role.  The successful applicant may be required to teach across all year levels and will inspire our students to develop strong communication skills, cultural awareness and a love of languages.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver high quality language lessons aligned with curriculum standards;
  • Teach French to students at various levels;
  • Assess, monitor and report on student progress;
  • Encourage student’s interest in language and culture

Key Selection Criteria

Applicants will be required to meet the following criteria:

  • Appropriate teaching qualifications, with an ability to become registered in Victoria as a Teacher; 
  • Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT) registration or Australian interstate equivalent;
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Japanese teacher.
  • First aid certificate.
  • Valid driver’s licence.
