Holiday Closure and Start of 2026
As we wrap up the 2025 school year, please take a moment to review the important dates, access information and resources you may need over the Christmas closure period and leading into the start of 2026.

Administration Office Hours – Woodlea and Maddingley
The Administration Offices at both campuses will close at 12.00pm on Thursday 18 December 2025.
Offices will reopen on Monday 12 January 2026, operating under holiday hours (9.30am–3.30pm) until Friday 23 January 2026.
Normal business hours resume from Tuesday 27 January 2026.
Important: Maddingley Administration Access (Construction Works)
Due to construction works, the Maddingley Administration Office will be closed from Monday 12 January to Friday 23 January 2026.
During this period:
- Visitor and staff access to the campus will be via the Gatehouse only.
- Please enter Gate 1 off South Maddingley Road and follow the driveway through the Main Car Park to reach the Gatehouse.

2025 Semester Two Reports
Digital copies of Semester Two 2025 reports are expected to be available on Schoolbox after Friday 19 December 2025.
If any unforeseen technical issues arise, families will be notified.
Families wishing to receive a paper copy of their child’s report may email reports@bmg.vic.edu.au.
Please note that printed reports will be sent after the Christmas shut-down period.
New Families for 2026 – Schoolbox & myBMG Access
Login details for new families commencing in 2026 will be emailed in the third week of January 2026 from:
ictservicedesk@bmg.vic.edu.au
The email will be titled “MyBMG – Parent Portal Details 2026” and will include:
- Login credentials
- A video guide to using Schoolbox and the myBMG Parent Portal
