Administration Office Hours/Closure

The Administration Offices close on Wednesday 18 December. The office hours between Friday 13 December and Wednesday 18 December are 9.30am to 3.30pm.

Administration Offices will resume normal hours from Tuesday 28 January 2025.

Junior and Middle School Handbooks

The 2025 Handbooks can be accessed from the school’s website under School Publications.

2024 Semester Two reports

We anticipate that the digital copies of reports should be available on Schoolbox by Monday 16 December. Should any unforeseen technical issues prevent this, further communication will be made.

If parents wish to receive a paper copy, they may submit their request by emailing: reports@bmg.vic.edu.au. Please note that paper copies will be sent after the Christmas shut-down period.

New Families and Access to Schoolbox

Login details will distributed to new families in the third week of January via email from ictservicedesk@bmg.vic.edu.au. The email will be titled ‘MyBMG – Parent Portal Details 2025’ and includes links to a video with information on using Schoolbox and the myBMG Parent Portal.
