Maddingley Campus Major Expansion

The School is pleased to announce the purchase of a significant parcel of land directly opposite the Administration Building on South Maddingley Road, adjoining the existing Maddingley Fields.

This acquisition secures approximately 48,614.6 square metres (12 acres), lifting the overall size of the Maddingley Campus to 69 acres. The land will be developed in conjunction with the current Maddingley Fields, providing additional playing fields and recreational space. Preliminary work on permits and approvals to enable school use of the site has already commenced.

This purchase represents a once-in-a-generation opportunity to expand the School’s footprint in an area where land is tightly held. By securing a contiguous extension to our existing site, Bacchus Marsh Grammar ensures long-term capacity to grow and enhance facilities for future generations of students.

The original Maddingley site comprised just 17 acres. Through this latest acquisition, the School has now secured a campus that reflects both its scale and ambition.
