School Letters / Edsmart Notifications
Parents are encouraged to contact the school if they believe that they are not receiving school letters relating to their child’s excursions, class activities or school events.
There have been instances recently where communication via Edsmart notifications have been blocked from an inbox and considered ‘spam’ or a parent’s mailbox is full and the information is not received.
You can view Edsmart communication for your child via Schoolbox under the Quick Links / Edsmart or under School Letters.
Parents are reminded that all main excursions/school events are listed in the Calendar on Schoolbox.
Please contact the Administration staff at either campus to discuss any issues with receiving communication.

Notifications for change of pick-up arrangements or appointments during the school day
Please ensure that any changes to your child’s pick up arrangements or notifications for collection to attend appointments during the school day are communicated through the school diary. It is important that for Maddingley campus collection, parents specify either the ‘Main Office’ or ‘Gatehouse’ as the collection point. A reminder to parents that the Main Office is on South Maddingley Road and the Gatehouse is within the Main Car Park, entering via Gate 1.
For last minute or urgent changes to pick-up arrangements please notify the relevant campus prior to 2.15pm.

– General Supervision Policy: Updated supervision procedures.
– First Aid Policy and Procedures: Updated to reflect current procedures.
– Enrolment Policy: Revised to reflect updates to the enrolment process.

Uniform information and shop business hours for both the Maddingley Campus Onsite Shop and Rushfords in Werribee are listed on the school’s website.

Out of School Hours Care (OSHC) – The Y Ballarat
The Y Ballarat operates the Out of School Hours Care at Bacchus Marsh Grammar. Enrolments are completed online. For full information please visit the School’s website.
