2026 Annual Fees – Payment Plan Selection
Parents and guardians are reminded that Payment Plan selection opens on 14 January 2026. Payment Plans, which outline the payment options available for 2026, must be selected by Friday, 30 January 2026.
After this closing date, parents/guardians will receive an email notification advising that their invoice is available to view on the myBMG Parent Portal. Payment Plans will commence from the date selected. Please note that all payment arrangements must be processed via Direct Debit, and Payment Plans do not automatically roll over from previous years.
If the Payment Plan online form is not completed by the due date, the account will default to an annual payment arrangement, payable in full in February 2026. An annual invoice and payment schedule confirmation will be sent in February.

2025 Yearbooks
We are excited to share that the 2025 Yearbook has been distributed to students this week.
Students who were absent during the final week of term can collect their copy from Main Reception when they return next year. Year 12 students will receive their Yearbook next year, along with their Graduation Book, which is scheduled for completion early in the new year.
Each student receives one Yearbook. If you require additional copies, please contact Jess Thorpe at thorpej@bmg.vic.edu.au.
Please note that additional copies will only be available once all students have received their allocation.

School Policies and Documents
The following School policies have been updated and are available to view from the School Policies tile in Schoolbox:
- Head Injury and Concussion Policy and Procedure – renamed policy (originally Concussion Policy and Procedures) and added sub-sections 7.2 and 11 which include updates to procedures when at offsite events.
- Student Attendance Policy and Procedure – reviewed and updated the process for following up unexplained absences.
- Billing and Payment of Fees Policy – reviewed and updated information on payment plans and payment methods.

A reminder that Booklist orders need to be submitted to Campion by Sunday 21 December to receive free home delivery. (Please note there will be a $5.95 Handling Fee). Orders placed after this date will attract a postage charge.
The 2026 Booklist provider is Campion Education. It is strongly recommended that all items are obtained through Campion Education. This will avoid unnecessary problems with reliability of materials, especially textbooks.
