It is a compulsory event for all Year 9 to 12 students to attend.
After the roll has been marked, all students to assemble at the school gymnasium by 9am and then they will be allocated and transported to the venue by bus. The carnival will commence at 10.15am. Dismissal will be from the track at 2.15pm. Students will return to school unless notice has been given to dismiss student from the venue.
All students are required to wear full school sports/house uniform to school. Please be aware of the weather on the day and make sure that your child is adequately prepared by bringing along appropriate weather apparel, such as a waterproof jacket, sunscreen, hat and a water bottle.
The SRC will be holding a charity fundraiser on the day which will supply sausages, burgers and drinks for a gold coin donation. It is recommended that students bring their own lunch, as there will be no canteen facilities available on the day.
For selected competitors only:
- The High Jump Event will take place at Bacchus Marsh Grammar Gymnasium during lunchtimes prior to the event. Taking place in week 8.
- Javelin Event will take place at Mason’s Lane Athletics Track at lunchtime & periods 5 & 6 on the 26 March.
