As part of the Staughton Vale Middle Years Program students will attend excursions to the surrounding areas of Staughton Vale. These excursions will include geographical and scientific field trips to multiple locations.

Term 2

A guided tour of the Western Treatment plant facilities in Werribee to discover the processes and learn first-hand how the plant works and experience the scale and environmental importance of the site.

Term 4

A visit to the You Yangs Regional Park to conduct a flora and fauna survey of the area, bushwalk to the top of Flinders Peak to observe the western volcanic plains and discover the historical significance of Flinders Peak.
